		<description>It&#039;s odd to see how Drupal has had much more success than Mambo or Joomla in grabbing government exposure. Many argue that the other two are better products. Although the counterargument might be that Drupal is a bit more open/flexible. But still takes more work to stand up out of the box.</description>
